I knew Fran from my hometown of Romulus, NY. He was Boy Scout leader for my brother, Albert Hicks, and another good friend, David Coryell. He was a great influence on the young scouts, not being that much older than them at the time. They made lots of memories camping and doing other activities. Great guy!
