To Frank (Mac’s) family. My wife and I send our heartfelt condolences on your loss. I am the nephew of Mac’s partner Jack. MAC was a very big part of our family for many,many years. Him and Jack would come to our house most holidays. I thoroughly enjoyEd talking with him, we had many stimulating conversations.My grandMother was also Very fond of him.
We often would meet the two of them for dinner out or at Jacks house for leftovers. I will so miss you Mac, but your with your chum now.

Although I didn't know Francis, this comes at a coincidental time for me. My mother Ann Ferry ( nee Ward) just passed away and when I was cleaning out her home I came across the map of the cemetery Gate of Heaven with this grave marker being noted on the map. 41- B4-225-2. I did not recognize the name Murray until I saw that it was for LT. John C. Murray Jr and then it dawned on me that my mother had an Aunt Kitty whose son had been killed in WW2.
