My condolences to Lois and the entire family. Dale was a good and valued friend for over 40 years. I have many happy memories of our trips to the Reno Air Races. He wasn't a pilot but really liked to fly with me and he was a pleasure to take a trip with to anywhere. A good and gracious and intelligent man. A life well lived and he'll be remembered by me and many others

Heartfelt condolences to the family Dale has left behind. He was a gentleman in every sense of the word and I am grateful that I knew him and was able to experience his fairness in applying the law to so many different circumstances. May he rest in peace.
