Not sure what to say?

To the most distinguished father I have ever had the pleasure to know. Caring, loving and a man of few words but the words did not have to be spoken. We as his children knew he loved us, and am proud to call him dad.

DEAAR JOYCE: SO SORRY TO READ OF FRANK'S DEATH. HE WAS A GENTLEMAN. CLAIRE AND I ENJOYED HIS AND YOUR COMPANY AT SIESTA KEY. I REMEMBER HIM TELLING ME I SHOULD NOT MIX DIFFERENT VODKAS IN THE SAME BOTTLE AND ASKING ME IF I SAW ANY STATE TROOPERS WHEN WE WENT UP TO TALLAHASSE TO SEE OUR DAUGHTERS. CLAIRE DIED IN 2003 SO I THINK I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH. MY THOUGHTS ARE WITH YOU. JOHN MCDONOUGH

Joyce and Family,

Deepest sympathy on the passing of Frank. He was always welcome here and brightened our day.

Dear Joyce, So sorry to read of Frank's passing. I think of all the fun we had in Sarasota. It is hard to believe Tommy was gone 20yrs this past December. Love to You and the Family.

Frank Martin was the consummate gentleman and a credit to the RISP. It was my privilege to have known him when he was a detective, in the late Sixties. He had a soft way about him. But his sense of humor was never too far from the surface. He earned the respect of his colleagues and of Col. Walter E. Stone. May he rest in peace.

Joyce,
Maureen & I are deeply sorry for your loss. Pepper was a great trooper and friend.I will always remember him, when he retired I got his Capt. spot. And we always joked about it.

Dear Joyce & the family of Capt. Martin:

Pepper was a great trooper and mentor to many of us. He was also a person I was proud to call my friend.
God bless & keep him!

With deepest sympathy for your loss,

Major Jim Rowley
RISP (ret.)

Joyce & Family,

The Captain was a very special person both on and off the job. His guidance, wisdom helped many. I hope the prayers of family & friends comfort you at this time.
