Francis P. "Frank" Mastrino

I'm sorry for your loss. I worked with Frank for a couple years & really enjoyed him. He was gruff on the outside but was a good guy that always wanted the best for everyone. He spoke highly of his family and was proud of his kids. Of course, he didn't say it much but he loved his family. I went to school with Chris so we spoke of him often.
