Not sure what to say?

Dear Pat and the entire McCarthy family, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I never had the honor and pleasure of meeting Mr. McCarthy, but growing up in Oxnard his name was well known as being a great man who loved his family and his community. I had the pleasure and honor of meeting Pat a few years ago while my son Arnold Garcia Jr. was playing for Warriors. Pat, thank you for the love, passion and leadership you have given our community. I can assure you that Mr. Francis Michael...

Dearest McCarthy Family, God bless you all as you say a sad good bye to your father. I offered last Sunday's Mass for him, and your family, and will continue to keep you in my prayers. Pat and John, I will always hold you dear in my heart as former classmates and guys I have always held in such high esteem as kids, teens, and adults, I know you have, and will continue to honorably represent your family for generations to come. Much love from one gigantic Catholic family to another!...

Dear McCarthy Family--

Our heartfelt condolences to you on Dick's passing. There are so many wonderful memories of Dicks' life that we shared, but probably the best thing to say and most succinct is that just the mention of his name make's each of us smile very broadly and laugh out loud.

He was a true one-of-a-kind and we were honored to have known him. Pallais Family

Dear Anne, Jerry, and all the MCCarthy's, I only met your dad a few times at Grandparents' Day at St. Mary's School in Escondido(where Anne & Jerry sent their kids and Emily still attends), but what a great guy! He was a super hero in Ventura and his kids and grandkids are carrying on for him. Lots of love and prayers to all the family. Blessings, The Sheehans of Escondido

Dear Frank and family, So, so sorry to hear about your loss. I have very fond memories of Dick and Jack Ecoff taking Lisa (Ecoff) and I out for driving lessons. We would practice out on the farm roads along Fifth Street in Oxnard. Every time the car would get real close to the drainage ditches Dick would start singing a little louder in the back seat. I think it was his warning sign for us to pay attention. The real scary thing was I think we were only about 13 years old! Two great men...

Dear Pat, Frank and the McCarthy Family,
We are sorry to hear of the passing of your father. May you find comfort in the many great memories, beautiful smile and sense of humor. I have many memories of Dick McCarthy at the Knights of Columbus hall, on the tennis court and at the "Boy's Baseball" games at Santa Clara with a story or a joke to tell. Truly a loving and giving father. You should be proud. Peace be with your family during this time.

Family and Friends of Dick McCarthy,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you as we share in the joyful memories of Dick's life.

Dear Mary and family,
So many wonderful memories of Dick! Most of all there was lots of laughter whenever he visited our house. Dick and Dad were such great friends and always had so many funny stories to tell. I remember once when I got to go to the tennis courts to watch them practice. There was a man there, cursing in front of us kids, and Dad and Dick made a "Citizen's Arrest"! Those were the days.
I will always remember him with a big smile, a beautiful voice, and so ...

MARY AND FAMILY,
OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU, ESPECIALLY ON ST. PATRICKS DAY!

SINCERELY,
ROSE MCCULLOCH AND FAMILY
