I grew up across the street from Fran, and would always see him working in his office, but many times he would take a break and have a game of catch with my brothers and myself, or shoot some baskets in our driveway. I will always remember him as a nice fun loving neighbor who loved children.

Fran was one of my "older cousins", and knew my Dad long before I was born. I used to love to listen to Fran's stories about my Dad - things I would have never known otherwise! He had a great sense of humor, many stories to tell about growing up in Wallingford, CT, and made me laugh. I am grateful for the times we had to converse and reminisce. May he rest in peace.
