FRANCIS X. "FRAN" MEANEY

Fran and I became acquainted in Christian doctrine classes at St. Francis parish during grammar school, became the closest of friends from our high school days at BHS and remained close for several years more thru our attendances at different law schools, Fran at Cambridge and me in Washington.
