Such sad news. I worked with Spade at HPC back in the 80's. I remember I would go in there many evenings to help him set up my run for the following day, and we'd usually get jabber-jawing about who knows what for longer than either of us really should, but it was worth it! He will be missed. Eternal rest grant unto him, Oh Lord, and let Thy perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen
