Read MoreFrank was the best neighbor one could ever have. He became one of our best friends and much like a Father as well. He was one of the reasons we enjoyed Chaumont Bay as well as the Manhattans he made. The season didn't start until we had one. He even tolerated my practicing.

I didn't know Mr. Montrois very well, but he always treated me like part of the family. From everything I knew about him, I understood most that he loved his children and grandchildren more than almost anything else. In this, he created some of the most caring, wonderful family I've ever met.
