Not sure what to say?

What an inspiration to us all. Frank was a constant presence at the SSYMCA and I would always look forward to his smile and great conversation. Such a strong and caring man. He will be missed.

With Deepest Sympathy,

Rest in peace my friend....God Bless to all.

I had the honor of working with Frank as a fellow Quincy License Board Commissioner. A good friend and an extremely dedicated public servant. Rest in Peace my friend.

Pleased to have gotten to know Fran at Assinippi.....always a pleasure to talk to and always had a smile--Fran, you will be dearly missed. RIP.

A lot of good memories, Chief. You were a fine example for many of us at 1 Sea St.
