Donna..
There are not enough words to describe the type of friendship that Fran and I shared, many years.
His profound sense of humor, and his love for you and his family made him so very special. My heart aches for you and Shane. You will always be in my prayers.

I am sorry to hear about Fran. We had so many good times together and I truly enjoyed his sense of humor. He was a bright and articulate person and I am certain you and the rest of his family were very proud of him.

Fran will remain in our hearts as he has left wonderful memories with us.

Please accept my sincerest condolences in your loss.

Donna,
I was very sorry to hear about Fran. I used to see him quite a bit when I would stop in the office to visit Kim during the day or when I would meet her in the office after work when I picked her up. Fran would always take the time to say hi to me and talk awhile. He was a very nice man. Kim spoke highly of him at home also. Please accept my deepest sympathy to you, your son and other family members. I know he will be missed my all of you and many others as...

This is a very difficult loss for everyone. I'm glad that I kept in touch with Fran over the past few years and got the opportunity to talk with him a few weeks ago. We were fellow Knights of Columbus and were also both founders of the Every Other Friday Club at Dewey's. There were many, many good times that I could talk about. Fran and I also spent countless hours trying to make the less glamourous development deals in the City work.

God Bless you Fran! I'll always keep you...

My prayers are with you and your family. Fran was such a wonderful and easy-going person to work for.

Had the privilege of playing golf with Fran for several years at Sportsman and Dauphin Highlands. He was a true gentlemen and one of the nicest people I have met. He loved golf and always talked about his son and wife and how proud he was and how much he loved them both. He will be truly missed by everyone that he has encountered during his life.
