Rita, Cookie, Bill, Hillary and Rita Anne,
There are some days that we tend to think will never come. It is hard to imagine that Frank will no longer be with us. We will hold dear, however, many loving (and some very funny) memories. We will miss him. Although we will be unable to travel to the Island, please know that we will be thinking of all of you, and with you in spirit.
