Mrs. Ouimet, Beth and Ann,
I cannot believe that Mr. Ouimet is gone. I will truly Miss him but have fond memories of working at the shoe store with him, Jean and Jeff. They were truly happy times.
Your Dad taught me how to listen to people and to understand what they were looking to purchase. Those skills I have kept with me till this day. Even though I was going to college and pursuing another line of work your Dad ALWAYS supported what I was doing.
I know your loss is hard but...

I First met Mr. Ouimet back in 1981. My Future Wife was working at the store part time While going to college. He Enabled her and others to work and be able to attend college. What a great contribution he made to the folks that worked at the store.
He is a perfect example of the type of gentleman who lived by example- kind, great customer service, and a good person. I am grateful to have known him-and we should celebrate his life, and mourn his loss.
