I first met Officer Perrone several years ago when he pulled me over in my minivan because I was speeding down Manchester Road near Eastbury School. I was not paying attention to my speed and I was in a rush. Officer Perrone was kind and personable and I was grateful that he did not give me a ticket. I promised him and myself that I would be more mindful about my speed moving forward. I ran into Officer Perrone a few times around town after that initial encounter; at Stop N Shop, Hebron...

There are no words to express the sadness we all feel at the sudden passing of Chris. Our love and prayers go out to his family, especially his children who are so young to have lost such a wonderful dad. May he rest in peace, and may the family find peace and comfort in all the beautiful memories he made for them.

Several years ago I was in a dispute with some neighbors and visited the police station in town in search of a resolution. Chris listened patiently to my story and was sympathetic to my situation. Ultimately he gave me his business card and offered to settle the dispute personally if I had any further difficulties. I met Chris at the University of Maine Farmington , he was a good friend. Chris was such a fun, goofy character. We had countless adventures and good times skiing. I have thought of him countless times over the years and those memories have always put a smile on my face. Rest in peace my friend
