Dear Jane and the Phillips Family,
So sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I know how much time and care you provided Frank over the past year, and that I'm sure the love you showed him is a direct reflection of the love he provided his family throughout his life. May God bless you and your family, and know that you are in our family's prayers.

As a member of the Division on Aging family, I will truely miss Frank. He always had a smile, a story, and a kind word for all. Many of the clients he did work for over the years will tell you
frank could " walk on water". My heart and prayers go out to all his family.
