To the Procopio Family......
I've known Frank most of my adult life, through MY cousin Tony. We had such wonderful times. He was such a great guy. Although I haven't seen him in many years, one never forgets the memories. That's what we hold on to.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the family during this difficult time. We will always remember the young years together as cousins. You all are always in our hearts because of Frankie and our mother being twins. It actually felt like we were siblings instead of cousins. May you feel Peace and Comfort in the days ahead.
Love, Shirley Mankin and Betty Uhrig
