Francis "Frank" Rossi

Missing from Frank's obituary are his years of active participation in The American Public Works Association and in the local New England Chapter. My favorite though, were the many years he spent serving on the Call Before You Dig, Inc., Board of Directors here in CT. As a founding member, and one of the first Municipal Director's, Frank's influence is still felt today.
