I have so many great memories of Frank while operating my car repair shop in the neighborhood where he lived. He would always stop by to visit as far back as the early 1970's. So many great times. He would do anything for you. Carl's Auto Repair/Carl Roemer. Utica

I grew up on Elizabeth street and I'm still living here till this very day, and this man basically watched me and my siblings grow up, as i got older i got to know him personally and the man had the kindest heart. No matter how old i got even on Halloween i made sure to get my piece of candy lol. But my condolences to the family.

My deepest heartfelt sympathy Francine,Frankie,Michele and Keith for the loss of your wonderful Dad and Grandpa. He absolutely adored you all. May he be surrounded by angels forevermore. God Bless you all.

was the best friend anyone could hope for,always willing to help nad never asking for anything in return. He will be very sadly missed.

To Frankie passing away to his family i have the deepest feeling for him.
We used to talk at Carol's garage and got to see him time to time.
I knew Frankie from back to 1960.
