I have the good experience at Puerto Rico to meet them in some works for the sugarcane industry, this man help many others in some different parts of the world in some works and projects, God receive them and will be near father and Jesus.

As someone who in Texas interacted with Francis only tangentially, I still held him in high regard. He was a gentleman of the first order, soft spoken and polite. His loss is a great one for the sugar world for which he contributed so greatly in his lifetime. We shall all miss hi, but remember him fondly as we continue to utilize the fruits of his creation,
