Dear Mrs. Schmitt,
I am very sad to learn of Mr. Schmitt's passing and I offer my sincere condolences to you and your family. I had the privilege of knowing your husband at PVN from December thru February and he earned my respect and admiration immediately. He was such a nice man...intelligent...great sense of humor...and spoke oh so lovingly of you and his family with much pride. I am sorry for your loss.
