Francis was born on April 13, 1940 and passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019. Francis graduated from Janesville High School in the class of 1958. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Thank you Frank for your kindness and generosity. We appreciate all the times you stopped by to say hello to my boys. You always brought a little car for them to choose, even a tricycle, kids locker and little school house. You were such a kind neighbor and are missed!
