Read MoreFrank was a true gentleman. I first met him at the Finger lakes Football Referee meetings and he was very helpful to new officials. Later when he moved to St. Lawrence I would always seek him out to say hi and share stories about the Finger Lakes when I did games there. This fall working a St. Lawrence game the trainer remarked what a great Lacrosse Coach Frank was. A real sportsman, rest in peace.
