To Rita and family. Was a friend with Fran for over 20 years. He attended many fish ins I host ed for NY thru my 20 years as representative for NYS. He was widely known and will be sorely missed, I feel the huge loss already. Thinking of Frans family in this time of shocking sorrow. He was a strong and sharing person. It will take me awhile not meeting up with him on the bank. You'll be forever in my thoughts especially fishing waters we fished together. RIP my friend Tight Lines !!!!
