Francis "Frank" Tarrant

I just do not know why he came to my mind today.I happened to work with Frank in Jersey City back in 70's. He represented my company (NJM) at the Hudson County Superior Court. A true gentlemen and a class act. I am just very sorry we lost contact over the years. It is really a sad moment to hear about his passing.My deepest condolences to the family. I remember Joe passing 33 Fleet st. on his way to work at the Ukie
