Not sure what to say?

We will miss you Gramp. Grandpa loved cooking, playing cards and spending time with people at all of his local hangouts. He lived a very full life and was always active - getting up early and staying busy throughout the day even when retired. I wish that my family and I could have been at your memorial yesterday. We love and miss you.

One of my favorite Uncles. I was a junior brides-made at his and Aunt Dorothy's wedding. My four children's favorite memories were going to their house and enjoying Uncle Franny's nut and poppy-seed rolls and going to the cool playground behind their house with the clown. He will be missed.

A wonderful Grandfather. My most fond memories are peeling potatoes with him for holiday dinners, playing card and board games, and going to Johnstown, PA. He attended all my concerts while in school. He will be missed.

Our hearts go out to you at this time and in the days ahead.

Uncle Frannie made the best povitica I ever tasted! That, along with many memories of family dinners at Thanksgiving and Christmas, many trips up to Paudash, and his kindness to my dad and mom and me, are what I think of in regard to him. He was my godfather and I loved him for that.

I wish he had not gone through all that he did in WWII.

My condolences to Marilyn and Gary and to their families.
