Every so often we lose one of the great ones. This occurred this week when Fr Frank Vaughan passed away, aged very close to the ton I believe, in a nursing home on the north shore of Sydney. This was a man who I simply adored, my parish priest for over a decade at Normanhurst. To say he was much loved would be a massive understatement.
