Not sure what to say?

When my husband and I went into Bennett's to have our glasses adjusted, we looked forward to speaking with Frank about concerts and music and telling him about what was happening with us (my husband and I are musicians). He was a very gentle and gentlemanly man.

Thank You Frank, for your years of dedication to the Scouting program. We have all benefited from your wisdom and guidance. May your family know how many lives you have touched and the leadership you brought to America's youth.
Back to Gilwell my friend.

In honor of a kind and gentle soul and past co-worker. I will remember many good times with Frank, in work and outside of work as he opened up his home on many occasions and welcomed all. May he rest in peace in his new home!

Frank's death is a great loss to many who knew him. I worked with Frank at Bennett Optometry for about 9 years. Frank always knew how to make you smile, laugh, cheer you up, with his quirky little sayings and observations.
I enjoyed his delicious cheese cakes at Christmas time and warm bonfires at his home. Frank was a kind man with a zest for life. He enjoyed life to the fullest like we are meant to! Thank you Frank for allowing me to be a part of your life for a little while.
God...

Very sorry for your loss. Uncle frank was a great influence in my life. A good troop leader. Many good memories I will never forget, like a 200 boy scout snowball fight at camp for 8 hours straight. Deepest Sympathy. Casey Taulbee Troop 1

I had the honor of being active in Troop 1 and ultimately receiving my Eagle under Frank's guidance. He was a dedicated scoutmaster and one of the signal influences in my life.

Just heard about "Uncle Frank". We Taulbee kids grew up down the road from the Calcuts'. We have been out of touch for some years. But my heart and love go out to all of their family.

Frank will be missed by the many scouts that have passed thru His scouting career. The Counil has lost a great supporter and Scouting advocate.
