Not sure what to say?

Always enjoyed talking to Frank. He was an interesting man who our country owes its thanks for all he accomplished in helping develop our space program. I miss him. John Compton Pat Compton

A great friend and American. We were blessed to have him.

Frank was a good friend of my Dad´s since their USAF days testing H-bombs at the Pacific Proving Grounds in the 1950s. I met Frank later in life and always enjoyed our conversations - a most wonderful man. My deepest condolences on his passing.

We lost a great friend and American when we lost Frank Williams. Frank and I were, not only Sunday School classmates, but also were good friends. I was intrigued listening to him tell of his time while working at NASA and being Wernher von Braun's top assistant for several years. He was also good friends with Neil Armstrong (first man to set foot on the Moon), Frank Borman and other astronauts. I was teasing him one day and told him that I wanted an autographed picture with him. So, here...

I was saddened to read of the passing of Brother Williams, and my thoughts & prayers are with his family & friends. While I never had the honor of meeting Frank, I pledge the SigEp Patriots Project will always remember him, his incredible life & patriotic service.

I loved Mr. Frank Williams as I only knew him for about 7 years. He hired me many times to work around his home in Hoover. I used to love talking to him each time he hired me! The more I worked then the more we talked about everything from God to NASA to just everyday small talk. I was amazed at his accomplishments and his humbleness at the same time. I will miss him.

We have lost one of the finest people I have ever know. A true gentleman who accomplished more in his life than anyone I hav ever known. I am grateful that I could call him a friend. What a legacy.

Frank has been a lifelong friend from the Fairfield days forward, always a gentleman. You deserve a special place in heaven Frank.

Frank was a very interesting gentleman and we really enjoyed visiting with him at Garden Club parties. He made our friend, Marilyn, happy for years and I know he will be missed.
