Elana and Terri; Patti and I are terribly sorry for your loss. Marti was a good friend for many years. What a wonderful and devoted person he was. The world is poorer for his passing.

Hello everyone
I just found out about the tragic death of Marti. Very sad.
I saw him last year in Markina when we had a pelotaris lunch and we chat a little bit about our time in Bridgeport and Milford
I will keep his joie de vivre He was always ready to organize things for us .I will remenber him in my mind
Be strong in that moment

I remember the very first time he played at Bridgeport, everyone knew they were watching someone special. He had all the shots and always played hard. I even have one of his cesta's a brand new one his friend Pedro got me. His family knows just how great a man he was, he will remain in my memory and prayers forever....

Did not know him personally. Only a fan from his days at Bridgeport and Milford. Very sad to hear this news.

I've known Marti since i was a kid : he was also my fathers friend:
When my father passed away when I was 20; Martis heart shined; and...
