Sgt. Aguilar, funny, friendly, honest, thoughtful, respectful, helpful, charming, over all a great friend. I know most of us can set back and think of many words that can describe Sgt. Franco Aguilar. Franco, was an amazing man one this county will never forget. Rest In Peace My Friend.

Franco u inspired me more then anyone to do the Correctional Officer job, and I will deffinatly do it!!! Ur memory will push me on and give me the extra little bit I need to do it! We will all miss u so very much but ur memories will b with us always!!!

I remember Franco from American Fork Jr. High. We were in the same math class. He made such an impression on me because he had such a sweet and gentle spirit about him. He was different from the other kids. I am very sorry that the world has lost such a man as he. It is a tragedy. My heart and prayers go out to his wife and children.

There is an exclusive group in this world, law enforcement spouses....no one knows the anxiety, the fear, the worry....every time they leave for work, you pray they come back. Every time they are late coming home, you wonder if maybe....and just when you start to think that nothing will ever happen because you live in a fairly safe community, you hear a story like this one and it tears your heart out, because you know that it could have been you, and it might be someday....my heart goes out...
