Not sure what to say?

I enjoyed the tribute to Frank and loved seeing the photos. When I was a child, I remembered seeing Frank at our Pro Ticino Swiss club meetings. He always brought the delicious sourdough bread for our lunches. His breads were the best. Now my sister, Lorraine, and I are members of Pro Ticino Swiss club and the Monterey County Swiss club. I have always enjoyed seeing Frank and Odilia at the events. I will miss seeing him. My thoughts are with his family.

Such a touching and beautiful eulogy from Franco's family. I have fond memories of Franco at all the Swiss meetings and dinners. He always had a big smile for me. My late mom and I visited his bakery in Soledad many years ago. I also remember the delicious french bread that he would make for the Swiss dinners. He was such a kind, caring, and giving man. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family. Love, Lorraine

My sincere condolences to the Ramelli Family. He was a legacy. Rest In Peace .

I have so many good memories growing up around your family. I enjoyed hanging out in bakery with Diane. I learned how to count change back to customers without a calculator. How many people can do that now without a calculator or an automated cash register? I can almost remember the bakery smell. I cannot to this day find a cream puff / roll like the Soledad Bakery could make. Yummy, my favorite. I have...

My Condolences to the Family..
Dennis, your Dad was a Pillar of Soledad...The Bakery, a Community Landmark...

So sad to hear about the passing of Frank. Frank and the Soledad Bakery are fond memories of my growing up in Soledad. I worked at the bakery a couple of summers. It was an enjoyable and learning experience. I would start work late...perhaps at midnite. When I would arrive at the bakery, Frank and the french bread ovens were full blast. Frank defined many baked goods such as danishes, maple bars, donuts , birthday cakes, and brownies.....that to date have not been matched by today's...

I've known Franco my entire life. Our families are great friends
My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. Rest
In Peace. Job well done

Odilia, Lisetta, Adri, Yvonne, and Diane...
So many memories come flooding back of some wonderful days... renting a room above the Bakery from the Ramellis in the 70s, being introduced to gnocchi and polenta and stew at their supper table, meeting the rest of the family in Valle Maggia, and so many more. Franco was a kind and generous man. And, yes, our wedding cake was a Soledad Bakery cake in 1985. Franco, Dennis, and Frankie share a fond place in my heart and memories. God bless them...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
