Not sure what to say?

Madame Chadabe remains one of my fondest faculty members from my time at Emma (Class of 2013). Feisty, fun, and such an iconic person that I most certainly will never forget. To this day, I still joke around about the poems she had us recite and sing the French songs she played for us to learn grammar. I cannot recall the amount of times I thought of her when traveling around France throughout the years. Simply put, she is unforgettable. It is saddening to hear of her passing. Condolences...

Françoise and I worked together as instructors of French at Emma Willard school for over three decades. I was always struck by her enthusiasm and passion for teaching, and how to always ensure the best support of her students and advisees. With her passing, it is the end of an era. I miss her immensely. My condolences to Benjamin and Alicia.

Single Memorial Tree

I have many fond memories traveling to France with Madame Chadabe during our school spring break trip. A wonderful teacher and friend who will not be forgotten. My sincerest condolences to the family. Sharon

Ben-- I'm very sorry for your loss. You Mom was indeed a devoted teacher of the French language and culture. I was very lucky to have her direction in the 80's while studying all things French at Emma! :) And my Mom was very lucky to have your Dad's direction while studying all things music theory-wise in the 70's while at SUNY! What wonderful parents you have had and what a rich background of higher education! All my love to you and your wife Alicia! i hope we can all meet sometime soon...

Françoise and Joel hosted us many times for their wonderful New Year's Eve and Fourth of July parties! She made some of the warmest memories for us, and her food was the stuff of legends. To Ben, our loving condolences. Isabel and Ricardo
