Dr. Acosta was the surgeon who did my upper neck surgery I remember when I woke up after my surgery, the first thing I saw was his beautiful smile and him saying “ Hey, I was wondering when you were going to wake up” I told him he looked like an angel and I felt I was in heaven I am forever grateful for Dr. Acosta making me feel better. He gave me back the ability to walk in a single morning when no one else would consider or had the equipment to work on someone of my size.

Some days are harder than others, today is one of those. I love and miss you.

My father was the best. I truly loved him. My last day with him on Catalina Island was one of the greatest- aside from the horrible news I got in the evening. We all miss you, dad.
