Frank was just that one in a million guy.. He love to share his stories of his time in the service.I will always treasure the paintings he was so kind to give me. They are amazing. they bring joy to everyone who looks at them. My favorite saying from him was " Can you beleive that?" I am so sorry for Frank's family for their loss. It was always clear to see How much he loved his family and how much they loved him.
