I have had the great pleasure of working with and knowing Frank since 1980. He was a smart, warm, and fun loving character whose professional work did so much for our region. All of us who knew him or worked with him will miss him greatly, but deepest condolences to the family he loved and was justly proud of.

I did not know Frank personally, but have been aware of his professional influence in the planning and design industry locally and beyond. I am so pleased to hear that his apparent kindness, generosity and wisdom were themes throughout his life. May his friends and family continue to be blessed, just as they were by sharing in his life.

I knew Frank for over 40 years, having started our professional careers at Metro in the 80´s and having worked together as consultants over the years. I have fond memories of celebrating our birthdays together in Bend over a long-weekend of golf, and in earlier days you playing third base on the softball team. Frank was always a joy to be be with and will be very much missed. Thank you, Frank, for being such a positive force on so many lives.

My heart felt condolences to Suzanne, Alyson, and Nick as well as the rest of Frank's loving family and friends. I didn't know Frank well but I was always impressed by his friendly manner towards others. May your memories, as well as those of others, help support you and bring you comfort as you move from moment to moment on this painful journey. Laurie Lane

Frank was a good, kind, generous and genuine man that everybody loved. Frank and I worked together in the late 90´s at a civil engineering firm. I then had the pleasure of working for him at Angelo Planning Group starting in 2016. He was the absolute best boss and friend that anybody could ask for. He truly cared about his employees and took very good care of them. Every morning he would make his rounds, saying hello to everyone. On Mondays, he would ask how your weekend was. It was clear how...

I was so sad to hear the news about Frank´s passing. For 15 years, I worked with him as the Chairman of Westside Economic Alliance´s Transportation Committee and as a WEA Board member. I coordinated a lot of meetings, especially the virtual ones during the pandemic. WEA had three committees that met monthly, & each chair was different in their timing. One was early, one was on time, & one was late. Frank was our early chair. We´d often be online together early in the morning before everyone...
