Not sure what to say?

I took drum lessons at Anselmo's way back in 1984-86-ish. I usually studied with a guy named Steve Egan? but there were days when Frank would sub and be my teacher. He was an amazing drummer and a super-nice guy. I am saddened to hear of his passing, albeit many years later. Rest in peace and thank you for being a part of my drumming experience.

Every so often when I feel nostalgic, I google past places I've lived and worked and people I've known. Was curious if Anselmo's was still around, and was saddened to see the passing of Frank. It's been over 20 years since I left Rochester,(and with regret, never went back to visit many good people I had the pleasure of calling friends) but I still remember fondly our battles on the tennis court, and playing shortstop on Frank's softball team that got killed in every game. The post game beers...

I was saddened by the news of Frank's departure. My condolences go out to all of the family. He truly was a great guy and will surely be missed.

Very sorry to hear of Franks passing. I have known and been friends with Frank since our days at Nazareth College. Frank was a wonderful human being, and fine musician and fantastic educator who gave his heart and soul to his students over the years. He will be missed by many.....

Mr. A was the best music teacher I have ever had. I met him in first grade when we started with the recorder and violin, and then in third grade I picked up a clarinet and have played ever since. Mr. A always made rehearsals and lessons fun and exciting, which made me look forward to everything....except practicing. Mr. A was an inspirational person and he's the reason why I still play clarinet today, 12 years later. He will always be remembered in my heart and many others.

I am sorry to hear Frank has passed. I will always remember him as my friend Jody's cool older brother,he was a musician and he had a van!!! 1972 or 73, around there somewhere.I am truly sorry for the whole family. Frank was a very sweet person and the Anselmo family can be proud for raising such a fine man.

I met Frank back in the days when he owned the music store. He was such a likable guy from the start. Always in a great mood. He had such a passion for music. I, like many others, would often stop by the store just to say hi and talk. He was a great guy. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I worked at Anselmo's Musical Concepts for several years back in the day. It was a great place to work, crazy at times, but we had a blast. That store was smaller than most in physical size, but was huge in the amount of business it did and was really like a center for a lot of us in the local music scene, as everyone knew the place and all the local musicians were popping in all the time. Frank made it feel like family working there and he was a great boss. I look back on those days and...
