Many knew him as frank however I knew him as Mr. Papa. Mr. Papa you are the best gift from God I could have ever received. You were my strongest supporter and helped shape me into the woman I am today. Our relationship sure was special and one not very many people have. I know you will always be with me and I will forever have an angel protecting me. Thank you for being the greatest and strongest man I have ever met. You never gave up and I am so proud of you. To the moon and back Mr. Papa, I will always love you more.

We will miss you Frank Barendt. Thank you for one of the greatest gifts you shared with us, your family. You and James being in the same academy class was truly a blessing. Thank you for inviting us over for dinner (at the house over on Cactus Rd) where we got to meet not only your family but your extended family. We quickly became a blended family and created 34 years of awesome memories. Thank you for embracing and loving us. Grateful for our last visit, to have shared stories, laugh and thank you for all you and your family have meant to us. Until we meet again on those streets of gold...we will hold you close in heart and memory! Our prayers, love, and hugs to Betty, Debbie, Ken & family, Wendy & Dennis, Ryan, Stephanie & family and extended families. God Bless You all during this difficult time. Family forever.

Frank was a very special person to our family! He was a friend that then married my cousin Betty! Later my sister Kathy married Franks brother Fred. This kept our family get togethers easy and fun. These will always be cherished memories. Frank will be remembered as a loving husband, father, Papa, son and friend. I rememeber when Frank came to my rescue! While at work somone stole all 4 tires from my car. I called Frank and he was able to borrow 4 spare tires and then put them on my car! He never complained about the inconvenience and trouble. This is an example of the caring & giving characteristic of Frank. I will miss him and always love him. Rest in Peace Frank. My love to the family and may God continue to give you strength and provide you with love at this very sad time.
