Frank was born on October 24, 1950 and passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2019. Frank was a resident of Louisiana at the time of passing. Frank completed his undergraduate studies at Tulane University and graduated from Loyola School of Law. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 12:00 noon on Monday, July 15, 2019 at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70001. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to services beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time. Inurnment will take place privately for the family.

Frank and I were classmates at Cor Jesu. I'm in Houston now. I last saw him at a high school reunion and am surprised and saddened at his passing. He was a good guy and thoroughly likable.
