Not sure what to say?

A little angel just visited me urging me to google Frank´s name only to find he has moved on to a new journey. Frank and I attended Victor Valley High School together. He loved playing golf with his father. His mother passed away while taking a nap. Frank actually dated my younger sister for a while. So we saw him often. He wanted to become a pilot. I became a Senior Advisor years later at Smith Barney, later known as Morgan Stanley. Frank used to write articles for an investment...

SueAnn....I am so sorry to learn, quite by accident, about Frank´s passing. I think of you and often wonder how you are. My condolences to you and my fond memories of our youth together. Kathy Chapman Larson (Chats)

I always admired Judge Bearden while working in the courthouse. He was professional, and made correct, responsible decision. He was a man I would trust. Janet Abraham court operations supervisor

I always admired Judge Bearden and I enjoyed appearing in front of him. Followed the law and applied common sense. No theatrics.

I am so sorry for your loss, Sue Ann. Judge Bearden always represented the highest standards from the bench as a trial judge and as a presiding judge. And, he was always a friend who we valued very much. We mourn his passing and your loss.

Sue Ann, we are heartbroken over the loss of Frank. We had so many great times together and always loved our times with you guys on Maui. I found this photo of one of our dinners at The Plantation House. I loved his sense of humor. He was a fine and sweet man. Our love and prayers to you and your family.

Im so sorry to hear of Franks passing. We had many good times serving on the board of oswego lake and both being president. Frank was very well respected in the community and deservedly so. my thoughts and prayers are with you Sue Ann. may Frank rest in peace. Scott Thomason

Sue Ann and family- I am saddened to learn of Frank's death. He was a truly wonderful guy and a fantastic judge. I first met Frank when I was a new lawyer at MPD and Frank was in the DA's misdemeanor unit. Many, many great encounters thereafter over the years as a DA and a judge. I loved his dry sense of humor. He could have been the straight man on a comedy team. I'll miss him.
