Dear husband of Edna Lou Belcher (nee Patrick); Loving father of James Richard (Sharon) Belcher, David Patrick (Barbara) Belcher, Mary Lou Miller (Steven Penrose) and Susan (Rodney) Smoots; loving grandfather of 8; loving great-grandfather of 2.
Frank was an avid hunter and fisherman for years. He loved the outdoors, especially gardening.
Services: Memorial service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or charity of your choice. Friends may sign the familys on-line guestbook at Schrader.com.
Dear Lou, Mary just heard about Frank's death at lunch today with some of the Monsanto retirees. You and the family are in our thoughts.

Lou, Rick and I are so very sorry for your loss. Rick enjoyed his times with Frank. I will always remember what Frank said alot, "Don't worry about the horse, just load the wagon."

Lou, Just heard about Frank passing yesterday. We had a lot of good times and happy memories on fishing and hunting trips during my days at Monsanto and later. You, Sue and the rest of your kids are in our prayers and thoughts.
