I am so sorry to have heard of Frank's death. He was a very nice person and we had many fun times at the Edge and Angel's Cove and I will always remember them. My love to you and the girls at this trying time.

So sorry to have heard about Frank. He was a GREAT neighbor. Our sincerest sympathies to Barbara, Karen and the Helmstetter Family and Elaine and the Samman Family. I'll miss seeing Frank and his trusty four legged side-kick walking along Sixth Street.
