Dear family of Frank I was a neighbor of Franks when he was still
a youngster living next door to me on west 74th and I was a few yrs younger but I remember him and his parents and his brothers Richard and George please accept my sincere condolences in your loss losing a loved one is no fun but remember him with all the fun you had with him I lost contact with Richard when he moved to South Carolina please give him my sincere sympathy too.
