He will be missed
Frank was my cousin .Even though we were far apart in age he was like my third brother . We spent a lot of tome together. I would listen to him play his accordion when he practiced I would always request Stat dust and Peg of my hart. And he played them over an over again. Every Saturday I would go to Averys to get a case of soda with him. Ning took me for my first legal drink when I turned 21.He teased me a lot. Just a few of my favorite memories of him . My deepest condolences to Frank's family. Frank was a true gentleman and always had a smile and sweetness about him.
After his retirement from OKAY I would see him from time to time at local spots in Berlin during lunch and he would flash that smile and friendly hello and chitchat for a bit. RIP Frank!
