I never knew him but read his obituary and what others wrote about him-he sounds like an amazing man who lived a full life surrounded by loved ones.

Words cannot express the weight I carry in my heart for your loss. Eric, you are like a brother to me and just know that we are here to support you as family in any way possible. I'm proud to have known your father and for the opportunity to have spent time with him both through baseball and on a personal level. He will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences to the Booker Family. Frank was a true role model for many us young Vallejo Men. We all lost a father in Mr. Booker. What a great man, husband and father. Frank and Eric are fruit from his tree, two living testimonies of what a true father can plant and grow. Rest eternal Mr. 'B'...you will truly be missed sir!
