Not sure what to say?

Although I met Dr. Bowe only a few times personally, his numerous writings made him a bonavide advocate of the rights of people with disabilities. He went over and above the call of his civic duties as a true volunteer. Measure his giantic achievements, then you have a true proactive hero. Indeed, he set the standard for us and now we must carry the torch in his altruistic memory.

Frank was a great friend to my late husband and me. Both of them were movers and shakers of the time. With both of them gone, I am sure there will be changes beyond the pearly gates. We will miss you.

Frank was an inspiration to us all,
growing up with Frank and Robin helped me to deal with the
insecurities of having hearing impaired parents. Frank gave so much to us all. May GOD BLESS and help his Mother and family in this sad time. He will be missed by all who knew him..

His meetings with us, advising us, guidance on so many things. I grew up in Lewisburg, Pa. Frank was the one that got me into where I am today!! He advised my parents to ensure me to have right education in Lewisburg with help of note-takers and speech thearpy. He was defintely a warm man, big heart to all kinds of people!

My deepest sympathy to Frank's family. What an amazing man Frank became. I graduated high school with Frank. He was an amazing individual back then. He will truly be missed, but the world is a better place because of Frank.

Frank was a giant in the civil rights movement and his leadership and vision will be greatly missed.
