WE WERE SADDEN TO HEAR ABOUT FRANKIE'S PASSING. I WENT TO JASPER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND CALEXICO HIGH SCHOOL WITH HIM. OUR FAMILIES WOULD VISIT EACH OTHER. MY HUSBAND TITA WOULD ALSO HANG AROUND WITH HIM. HE WILL BE IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER.
