Read MoreDr Brady was our family physician for decades. I remember how gentle he was when he had to extract a piece of glass (from Boylan St pool!) imbedded in my foot. He also occasionally gave me iron shots for anemia and prescribed a disgusting animal fat potion (Lipamul Oral) to gain weight! Luckily throughout my adult life I was able to maintain a perfect weight.

Dr. Brady was our families first doctor when we moved to Ivy Hill from Brooklyn NY in the early 50's. He gave my father Albert a shot of penicillin and I got Iron shots for anemia. His type of doctoring will be missed.

So sorry Dr. Brady was my treating physician when I was growing up in vailsburg, nj..I remember vividly him making house calls when we were sick & giving us shot of penicillin ... He rarely took money from my mom..we live in Bradley court projects. I know he has a direct route to heaven..as he earned his wings on earth. God bless, dr. Brady...may you RIP
