Frank Bregar

Frank and I were close friends for many years. We both graduated from Indiana University at the same time, we passed the CPA exam at the same time (we even had consecutively numbered CPA certificates), we worked at Price Waterhouse, Chicago, for over 15 years, we shared an apartment for a while and he was in the wedding party at my wedding in 1968. I will have nothing but the fondest of memories of Frank-- what a great friend he was! My condolences to the entire family.

I fondly remember many challenging days working with Frank on difficult audits during our days at Price Waterhouse. I extend my deepest sympathy to the family.
