Not sure what to say?

Dr. Budd was a good mentor and a friend to me at College of Charleston. I was saddened to hear of his passing. I would have loved to be there with you at the funeral to celebrate his life at the funeral, but unfortunately I was out of town. I will definitely miss running into him in Mt. Pleasant.

I just learned of Frank's passing. I'm so sorry. Frank was so nice and always ready to give a smile and hand shake and great conversation. My deepest sympathy to Patty and the family.

My Uncle Frank was the kindest most patient man I´d ever known. I´ll never forget the air shows he and Aunt Patty took us to while stationed at Whiteman AFB. I remember my Grandma Rae was golfing with Uncle Frank several years ago and Frank had shanked one into the woods on approach. Grandma then sets herself up a nice 3ft birdie putt with her next shot. Determined to find his ball back, Uncle Frank pursued his shot into the woods. To speed things up Grandma decided to tap in for birdie...

It´s hard to believe that Mr. Buds is now with the Lord. I feel great grief but also overwhelming joy. Mr. Buds was pleasurable to be around and I will miss him truly. I will continue to left the Budd family up in prayer to our God.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I had the pleasure of working with Frank at the College of Charleston. He played a big part in helping me establish services for our veterans program on campus. His empathy and support for our veteran and military students had a profound effect on our campus community. He was a great man, and the world is a better place because of him.

Patty and family - Our deepest condolences to you all. We were so saddened to hear of Frank's passing. We all enjoyed seeing him come into our office and working with him when tax time came around. He was genuinely a sincere and caring person. We will keep you in our prayers.

Pattie and family you have Bill and my deepest sympathy. May God bless you and your family at this time. Love Bill and Barbara Matis

While stationed together at Scott AFB, we were so blessed to watch Frank and Patty fall in love with Jesus, and fall more in love with each other! What a life well lived!

We are sorry for your loss of such a fabulous man. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Sending you hugs and prayers. If there's anything you need from us, please don't hesitate to call. We love you.
